The city of Monzon (Huesca) will host the European Cup Combined Events Second League on 1-2 July, in which the Spanish team will compete in the women's competition, fighting for promotion to the First League. The top two men's and women's teams will be promoted.

    The city, located in the Huesca region, has a very long athletics tradition and will be putting on a show to host the most important international competition in its history. 12 national teams will compete with their best combined events athletes.

The competing teams are:
