The octopus called ‘Manolito’ will be the mascot of the SPAR European Cup to be held in Málaga next June. It was chosen from the drawings submitted in a contest aimed at the Andalusian schoolchildren registered in Primary Education centres.

    The author of the winning drawing was Eva Simancas Rubio, aged 11, a student from the CEIP ‘Julio Caro Baroja’ of Málaga. A total of 23 centres and 155 students took part in the contest.
